everything stays

 i came to a realization that the person i was two years ago 

is very different from the person i am today.

but i've always wondered

"how do we change without losing who we truly are?"

now i understand that change is good,

change is part of the growing process,

and change is inevitable.

growing up is a great experience.
as a kid, i've always wanted to become a teenager–
and now that i'm here, it really is a wonderful feeling.
being a teenager is like being on an emotional roller-coaster,
so many ups and downs, twists and turns.

i used to think once i become a teen, that's the peak of maturity.

but maturity depends on ourselves–

we may think that we know and understand a lot of things, but there is so much more to learn.
 as i grow, i try my best to comprehend and get a grasp on how life really works,
and i hope i keep learning from my experiences.

at the end of the day, despite all the changes, everything stays.
